1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce of the Republic of Korea, customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product, provided that the product is unused and undamaged.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
The product must be unused
The product must be undamaged
The product must be returned in its original packaging
3. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Returns and refunds may not be accepted in the following cases:
Customized or made-to-order products
Products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer
Products that cannot be resold due to their nature

5. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are typically borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or legal non-compliance.

7. Liability

Any disputes arising from returns or refunds shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Republic of Korea.
